Monthly plan

Resets monthly on the activation date

Data pack

Use until depleted; never expires

Mid-cycle upgrade

Price difference converted into remaining days

Choose a plan to match your usage

Monthly plans allocate data by billing cycle; data packs keep any unused allowance. Compare the two options separately, without conflating validity and capacity.

Monthly plans: an allowance for each billing cycle

Data resets monthly on the activation date. Suited to regular usage, with everyday browsing, work and video viewing within one billing cycle. Prices shown are monthly plan prices; no unlisted long-term terms or discounts are implied.

Light everyday browsing

Monthly Plan · 60GB

¥9.9/month

  • 60GB per month
  • Resets monthly on the activation date
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 7-day, no-questions-asked refunds

A good fit for browsing international websites, looking up information and everyday collaboration. If you connect only when needed and rarely download large files, start with this tier and check your actual usage. Video streaming, file syncing and background updates also use data. 60GB is a data cap, not an unlimited-use promise.

Work and entertainment

Monthly Plan · 250GB

¥18/month

  • 250GB per month
  • Resets monthly on the activation date
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 7-day, no-questions-asked refunds

A good fit if you work online and also watch videos, transfer files or switch between devices. Before choosing, add up usage across your laptop, tablet and other devices rather than estimating from your main device alone. 250GB gives you a larger monthly allowance, but video quality, streaming platforms and your local connection can still affect your experience.

Higher data needs

Monthly Plan · 500GB

¥28/month

  • 500GB per month
  • Resets monthly on the activation date
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 7-day, no-questions-asked refunds

A good fit for frequent use of international services, heavier video streaming or ongoing file transfers. A larger allowance leaves more room for usage fluctuations, but keep an eye on your remaining data in the user panel. 500GB doesn't double route performance or guarantee access to every platform; plan capacity and egress region are separate considerations.

Data packs: use data as you need it

Data packs last until used and never expire. They're suited to irregular usage, extended breaks or anyone who wants to save unused data for later. They don't reset monthly or automatically return to their original capacity each month.

Occasional use

Data Pack · 300GB

¥158/pack

  • 300GB total
  • Use until depleted; never expires
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 7-day, no-questions-asked refunds

A good fit for occasional research or short-term international collaboration when you don't want to budget by the month. Save any remaining data for later instead of trying to use it all within a billing cycle. Keep in mind that 300GB is the total pack allowance. Extended video streaming or file downloads will use it up; it won't refill automatically next month.

Variable usage

Data Pack · 1000GB

¥358/pack

  • 1000GB total
  • Use until depleted; never expires
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 7-day, no-questions-asked refunds

A good fit for project-based work with alternating busy and quiet periods. The allowance isn't split into fixed monthly portions, so you can connect when your work calls for it. Consider your budget and expected total usage when choosing. 1000GB isn't a monthly allowance and doesn't imply a fixed usage period; actual consumption depends on what you access and how your devices are used.

A larger data reserve

Data Pack · 3000GB

¥658/pack

  • 3000GB total
  • Use until depleted; never expires
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 7-day, no-questions-asked refunds

A good fit if you know your usage habits and want a larger total data reserve. Unused data never expires, but that doesn't mean you need to choose a larger pack. If your needs are still uncertain, compare your budget with your actual usage first. 3000GB is still a finite allowance, not unlimited data, and doesn't include any unlisted dedicated routes.

Included with every plan

Plans differ in capacity and billing, but share the device support and route coverage listed below.

Unlimited simultaneous devices
Use the service across your devices. Plans aren't tiered by device count; when estimating capacity, consider the combined data usage across all devices instead of calculating a full allowance for each one.
100+ countries / 180+ routes
International route coverage is provided as listed. For available regions and routes, see the route list and options in the user panel. A larger plan doesn't include unlisted dedicated resources or priority.
Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux
Supported on these platforms. Get clients and subscription details from the user panel, and follow the guides for installation and import steps. Account setup, plan selection and client configuration are connected steps; installing a client doesn't mean your subscription is active.
Anonymous, no logs
VPNKG's privacy commitment is anonymous, no logs. For details about account use and privacy practices, read the Privacy Policy. Network acceleration doesn't replace the account security and permission settings of the platforms you access.
7-day, no-questions-asked refunds
You can evaluate plan options against your actual connection needs. Submit refund requests through a ticket in the user panel; see the Terms of Service for the full refund policy. This page doesn't promise unlisted processing or payment arrival times.
User panel support tickets
For order, plan status or connection setup issues, submit a ticket from the user panel. Include the platform, steps you took and any messages shown to help pinpoint whether the issue is with billing, subscription import or route selection.

Compare Plans: Price, Data and Validity

Compare validity rules first, then data allowances. Monthly plans suit ongoing needs within a regular billing cycle; data packs keep unused data for your next connection. The table doesn't convert plans into daily or per-unit prices, which could make options with different validity rules seem directly comparable.

Before choosing an allowance, consider what uses your data

Text-based browsing and research typically use data differently from continuous video streaming. File uploads, cloud syncing and app updates can also run while connected, so estimating only from what's on screen can miss background transfers. Check your usage in the user panel, then factor in upcoming video streaming, meetings or file work. This is usually more useful than choosing a plan based on device count alone.

If you use the service regularly every month, a monthly plan's billing cycle may fit more naturally into your budget. If your schedule has long breaks or you connect only for occasional tasks, compare data packs that never expire. These are guidelines for choosing, not fixed usage estimates or promises that one option is always better value. Reassess your allowance and billing model if your habits change.

Payment Methods and Order Checks

AlipayWeChat PayUSDT

Every plan card takes you to the user panel, where you can confirm your plan and order. No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. If you already have an account, sign in with it to view existing orders, subscription status and support tickets. There's no need to create another account just to compare plans.

Confirm your plan before proceeding to payment

On the plans page in the user panel, check the billing model, data allowance and price, and confirm whether you've selected a monthly plan or a data pack. If you're upgrading a monthly plan, also review the price difference conversion; don't assume the new plan's listed price is the amount due for this change. Check the specific order generated in the panel before choosing Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT.

The amount and recipient details on the payment page should match your current order. For USDT, follow the payment page for the transfer network, recipient address and amount due. Don't reuse details from an old screenshot or another order. Never share your account password or an active subscription link in a support ticket; just provide the order details needed for a check.

Return to the panel after paying to check your status

After paying, return to the user panel to check your order status and plan details. Payment, order confirmation and client connection are separate steps. Confirm that your plan is active before getting the client and subscription details to configure it. Find the client in the panel downloads page; for import instructions, see the getting started guide.

If your status hasn't updated after payment, first check that you're signed into the same account used to place the order, then see whether the order shows a payment result. Don't place and pay for another order for the same request just because the page hasn't changed yet. Submit the order details, payment method and any messages shown through panel support tickets so the support team can check. This page doesn't promise a fixed confirmation time.

7-day, no-questions-asked refunds

VPNKG offers a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. After choosing a plan, check how it works with your devices and the services you use. Plan capacity, client setup and access permissions for third-party platforms should be checked separately; don't mistake an external platform's membership requirements for benefits included with the network plan.

Submit a request from the original account

To request a refund, sign in to the account associated with the order and submit a request through the support ticket portal, including the relevant order details. You can include the payment method and status shown on the order page to help match the request to the payment record. No proof of a technical issue is required for a no-questions-asked refund. If you'd also like help troubleshooting a connection issue, describe the platform and any message you encountered separately.

After submitting your request, check for replies in the user panel and provide any additional details requested. Submitting a request doesn't mean the funds have been received. Refer to the order and ticket updates for the outcome and refund details. This page doesn't specify unlisted payment arrival times, fees or compensation.

See the Terms of Service for refund eligibility and the full policy, and the Privacy Policy for account and data details. If you still have billing questions while comparing plans, check the FAQs below or open a panel ticket from the support page. There's no need to guess at the rules before paying.

Billing and Refund FAQs

When does monthly plan data reset?

Monthly plan data resets on the activation date each month, not at the start of a calendar month. Check your plan and data usage in the user panel to see your current cycle.

Can a data pack expire if I don't use it for a long time?

Data packs last until used and never expire. Unlike monthly plans, which reset on the activation date each month, data packs don't automatically refill monthly.

How is the price difference handled if I upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle?

The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into remaining days. Before upgrading, check the target plan and the conversion details in the user panel. Don't assume the upgrade starts a new full cycle.

Which payment methods are accepted, and where can I check my payment?

Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT are accepted. Before paying, check the order total against the payment page. After payment, return to the user panel to check your order and plan status. If the status hasn't updated, submit your order details through the support ticket portal.

How do I request a refund?

VPNKG offers a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. Sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request through the support ticket portal, including the relevant order details. See the Terms of Service for the full refund policy.

Do I need a separate plan for each device?

Use the service on unlimited devices simultaneously, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Unlimited devices doesn't mean unlimited data, so consider the combined usage across all your devices when choosing a plan.
